Who are outdoor fitness Boot Camps for?

When and where are the sessions?
We use various locations throughout Diamond Harbour to keep you entertained and challenged. Expect to work out in beautiful parks, on the beach, in the forest and on the hills. We generally meet at Mike’s house in Stoddart Terrace. The sessions are at 6.30am which gives everybody the time they need to do the sessions and still get to work on time. Its an early start but people often report how energised they feel for the entire day! We train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
How do you cater for all fitness abilities?
Our Boot Camp is tailored to meet the fitness abilities of those attending, but what ever your level expect to work hard, very hard. The exercise program takes account of each individuals strength, speed and stamina by varying workload accordingly. To make sure that we match the training specifically to your needs we conduct fitness assessments periodically.

Who is the trainer?
Mike Catton runs outdoor group training sessions in Diamond Harbour 50 weeks a year. He draws upon military experience to ensure your adventure, team orientated workouts drive you to exceptional results. You’ll undertake strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness training. I receive a great deal of emails each week. At least once a week we receive an email that keeps us doing what we do. This is one such email:
Hi Mike,
Just emailing to share our success with you! We took part in our tramping club annual duathlon event yesterday (in pouring rain). We cycled about 35km from sign of kiwi to the road end of Kaituna valley road via Gebbes, then walked/ran up to Packhorse hut and out to Gebbes pass road again, back on bikes and down to Governors bay hotel (about 55km in total). Last year we took 4 hr 10min (me) and 3 hrs 40min (Tim). This year we did it in 3 hr 37min (me) and 3hr 5 min (Tim) but the amazing this is that Tim won the individual men’s event and I won the individual women’s event! Everyone who took part was quite amazed at our improvement in a year and of course we have been telling everyone that it’s down to Get Me Fit! Thanks guys! Cheers. Mary & Tim
